Jessica Smith

Hello, I’m Jessica, the Branch Manager and Commercial Closing Manager at the CloseTrak – East Memphis office! I live in Lakeland with my wonderful husband, Shayne, and my two incredible children, Julia and Nathan.  

I have been a dedicated member of the CloseTrak team since 2007. With 16 years of work in the real estate industry and well over 6,000 successful residential and commercial closings under my belt, I have a wealth of experience to draw on, and I continually strive to stay ahead of the curve. As our industry grows and evolves, I am committed to evolving with it, embracing new technologies, ideas, and solutions to enhance our clients’ experience. My passion lies in providing both top quality work and exemplary client support. I make it my mission to resolve any challenges that may arise with speed, intelligence, and compassion. My top priority is ensuring that our clients receive unsurpassed representation and assistance.

I am proud to be a part of this incredible company, which during the time I have worked here has grown from a single office in Bartlett to a network of five offices in the Shelby County area and West Memphis, Arkansas.
